James Oh was previously the Financial Controller at both companies in Malaysia and Singapore. As the key financial, strategic and operations officer, he led the full scope of work including sales (direct aircraft sales/lease & tenders), purchase, leasing and asset management. He was also directly involved with the formulation of many operational policies and procedures. He sat on numerous operational and strategic committees and work groups.

With nearly 30 years of experience in administration, operations and strategies in various industries, directly being involved with the operation and strategic policies and practices, various large aircraft insurance and IPO transactions involving change of use/extension of lease and with intimate understanding of Company thinking behind policies, he is able to add value and contribute to matters relating to the assets planning and usage, assets development and resources’ transactions.

He has in-depth assets administration expertise and experience which would enable him to contribute at a strategic level with clear outcomes and benefits for clients. He has helped clients optimize their assets value and saved substantial sums of money through his valuable inputs. He is a regular trainer with several professional institutes in Malaysia and speaker in International Business Club.

James Oh graduated from the National University of Malaysia (1987) with honors in Accounting, the University of London with honors in Laws degree (2003), MPMA with Certified Professional Trainer (2014), HRDF with Train The Trainers (2014). He is an accredited member of the Malaysian Institute of Accounts and a registered Chartered Accountant. He is also regular article writer in Malaysian’s Top investment Magazine, Smart Investor, Financial First and Money Compass.
