September month appeared to be a bit slow for us as we continue to strengthen our foundation by creating few new courses, namely Valuing Investment, Transform Strategies to Results in today's highly competitive market AND Enhance the success of your strategic plans through higher thinking skills and innovation.

With this progress, I proudly announced my service as a value creation specialist with Western Academy Sdn Bhd to front all our HRDF courses and associate trainer with IABT Advanced Business training Sdn Bhd to serve our financial community.
By leveraging on these two platforms we will definitely accelerate our journey and expand our roles and functions.

Cindy Teh's profile
Cindy Teh is an MBA from University of
Portsmouth [UK], majoring in Marketing. She has been in the education industry
since 2004 until now. Her core focus is Introduction to Marketing, Marketing
Management, Strategic Marketing, Service Marketing and Global Marketing.
She is co-author with North American award
winner, Fred Stawitz on the article “ Institutions of higher education that
support staff and faculty graduate more students”. Also, one of the top
contributors at Harvard Business Review [HBR], member of Maven Global
Consulting Group and HRDF certified trainer.
Her student projects include Logos Hope, Khoo
Kongsi, Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion, E & O Hotel, Yahong Art Centre, China
House, Hin Bus Depot Art Centre etc.
Prior to education industry, she was in the
corporate world for 10 years. Her job scope includes sales and marketing,
public relations and customer service.

Synopsis:
To thrive in an
uncertain, complex and volatile world, pro-active recognition opportunities
through creative thinking lens is a must. The good news is that this skill is
learnable and trainable. This workshop should assist the participants enhance
their efforts to systematically find sustainable solutions and learn new ways
to recognize new opportunities. Hence, its main intention is to cultivate
systematic and scientific thinking to expand the individual’s current knowledge
threshold through a series of games and activities. By honing this skill, the
individual will be able to internalize with little or no thinking.
